labeling specific measure numbers via text
is there an option or how do I label specific measures by adding a text with its number... the intent to be able to find specific places in the song more easily for adding harmonies/ accents to a song I'm composing....thanks

You can also enable regular measure numbers for specific measures via right-click / Measure Properties.

Actually, I figured out an alterntative way to distinguish particular verses in a song by color coding notes a different color for each verse. Plus, the music looks really pretty now! Tee hee! I must say MuseScore really is quite a snazzy program and reminds me of photo shop (a program I love), because I'm always learning new ways to do things or feature I didn't know about, and I love the infinite possibilities and the program's complexity to allow me to do so many things
