As far as I know, forscore has no way of importing MsueScore files. You need a PDF, which you can get directly via File / Export from MuseScore on your computer if it's your own score - no need to mess with the mobile app for MuseScore. Or, if this is a score of someone else's that you have downloaded from musescore.com, again don't use the MuseScore mobile app - go directly to msuescore.com and choose the PDF option for download.
