Uploading errors

I just attempted to upload an arrangement of mine to the website. Before doing this, I had exactly FOUR scores uploaded. No more, no less. But for this new score, the page is blank, and the section on the right just has a textbox for comments. Yet when I try to upload the score again, it says I've reached five arrangements. But the score doesn't show up in My Scores. Please help! I just wanted to upload this privately to show it to a friend!
