Landscape layout preference has no effect

  1. Edit > Preferences > Score
  2. Mark "Landscape" and press OK
  3. Create new score from scratch

Expected behavior: New score should be in Landscape

Actual behavior: New score is actually Portrait

(Tested using r. 2073, Windows nightly)
