Follow up to Exporting to PDF and Printing Scores submitting in January
With the latest release (2.2.1) the printing problems I was experiencing (both from MuseScore directly to the HP LaserJet and via an exported PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro) went away. Everything prints fine now, so the chance sare there were problems in Musescore that got fixed on purpose or by accident.

So you refer to #268952: Exporting to PDF and Printing Scores. I guess.
I am having problems with Musescore 2./2.1 not printing to pdf. I am using Windows 10. It started right after I upgraded to the newest Musescore. The option to select Microsoft Print to PDF is there in the Print window, but it will just not completed the process. I go to where I selected the PDF to be stored and it is just not there. I tried numerous times and restarted my computer. Not too sure what else to do. Should I delete and reinstall Musescore and/or do the same for Microsoft Print to PDF?

The problem is most likely with your PDF printer driver. Which one are you using ad which version of windows are you using.
Also, have you tried Exporting to PDF. Are the results good?
The printer and driver is an HP LasterJet P2015D. I updated the printer driver several times over the last year with no posative results (not that printing directly from MuseScore used to result in worse results than exporting to PDF and printing). The PDF printer software is Adobe Acrobat CC Pro which was also updated a couple of times over the last year and the problems persisted.
The problems only went away then the new version of MuseScore was released recently. Now, using 2.2.1, I can print directly from the program and export to PDF and then print and get the same good results. As I said, the problem went away with the newest version of MuseScore.
It is now working properly printing directly or from the exported PDF.

Very sorry, I didn't realize another person entered the conversation. My post should have been directed @Tim Proffitt.

I'm using Microsoft PDF to Print and Windows 10. I just looked at the printer window and there is nothing there to select to update or get newest version. Maybe I should just try another PDF print driver.

I ran the troubleshooter for this driver and all it said to do was make it the default printer, which I had never had to do in the past. So I did it and now it works. I guess for now I will have to be sure and select my regular HP paper printer when I need a real copy. This is just a band aid for now. Let's consider this fixed and closed for now.
