When I update a score with a local file, the online score is not updating at all. I am only able to change the other settings of the score, like title and descrition. But i cannot update the score itself.
You need to use the forum here for requests for help, and a problem with MuseScore.com should be addressed to https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com. This issue tracker is only for the MuseScore program and the forums.
Having said all of that,
It seems you have added the picture to your score and are trying to update it. Someone else recently ran into the same problem. See https://musescore.org/en/node/274478.
If this doesn't help either use improving MuseScore or start a forum thread.

Can someone help me with this? They won't update and I deleted it and tried to restart it but nothing work. Help as soon as possible!

That Lincolnshire_Posy.mscz is just broken beyond repair, see #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros, look for a backup, see https://musescore.org/en/node/52116
Reg: Wine-Dark Sea and update online: there was an issue on musescore.com with Save online from MuseScore 2.3.2 not working the other day, it got fixed. Today O could upload your score and update it, both from within MuseScore 2.3.2, via Save online. There also is/was a problem with updating a score directly on musescore.com, I'm not sure about the status of that problem, but that'd be a topic for https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com, see for example https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5021505
