Lyrics overlap lower notes
Can I drag a lyric line down so it isn't hidden behind lower notes? All the lyrics are typed in and I'd rather not re-do them.

Best would be to change the style. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/text-styles-and-properties#edit-style and change the vertical offset of lyrics.
In Styles->General->Page adjust the Lyrics bottom margin to allow space for the ledger lines after the lyrics.
If you want to make the change score-wide, then style settings are indeed the way to go. if it's just one passage, try selecting the measures, then right-clicking one lyric Select / All Similar Elements in Range Selection, then us the Inspector to change the vertical offset (positive numbers move down, negative move up).
Thank you. I used Style, etc and managed to move all the lyrics.
