Canvas improperly positioned when setting zoom level
This issue applies only when "Limit scroll area to page borders" is checked. When this option is not checked, the canvas is positioned properly.
As reported by Louis Cloete here:
There is one case, however, I think now is behaving unexpectedly. If you zoom in on a spot, then reset zoom by pressing ctrl + 0 or using the drop-down list in the taskbar, that spot will remain centered. The page will then be cut off as if the margins were still wide. The first subsequent moving action (using scroll wheel, click and drag, etc.) will reset the page, but I still think it should be done together with the reset of the zoom level.
