How do I add more pages to my score? I've run out of room and I don't know how to fix that.

Simply add more measures (eg, Add / Measures). Pages are created automatically as needed.

Okay, thank you. I'd found that out shortly after posting the question....Now I feel kinda stupid. but, i'm learning. thank you for your help, though.

Additional Unnecessary information:

You can put a "Page-Break" on any measure you want: on Palettes Window => Breaks and Spacers => Page Break
When you do this, the section that follows is divided into the other (sometimes a New) page.
When I try to add additional measures to get additional pages. When I add a note in the new measure it deletes that measure and returns me to my score prior to adding the additional measures.

You can force a new page by selecting a measure and pressing Ctrl+Enter. However, I'd leave that until all notes are entered and MuseScore did its job of more or less evenly distribute the measures across systems and pages.
Adding a note to a measure would never ever delete that measure, so I don't understand what you're talking about there.
