Rehearsal marks from palette (B1) are not generated automatically

I'm not sure about the priority.

Scenario:
1. Create empty score
2. Add rehearsal mark from the palette to the first rest
3. Add rehearsal mark from the palette to the second rest
Result: both values are the same and B1
Expected result from 2.2.1: first value is A, the second one is B.
