I can't acces to my account
I have a problem, I can’t acces to my acount.
I just wanted the trial subscription but I never could change my settings in my account because I didn't have the password.When I try to reset it this message appears:
"[my email] is blocked or has not been activated yet."
I wrote you replying your email to explain it. But I never received an answer.
Now I receive a subscription for 1 year, but I still can't using my account because I don't have a password and I can't recover one:
