Extending Notes
When I open up "Musescore 2 (2.3.0 unstable): Megalovania", it gives all of that eighth notes fermatas in every measure (on the treble clef) ("Musescore 2 (2.3.0 unstable): Megalovania" was made in Musescore 3 (3.0.0 unstable))

And where's the patch to review?
Also, I am not understanding the problem. It is not supported to use 2.x builds to open files created in 3.0 builds; there should be no expectation of anything in particular happening if you try it, other than maybe hopefully not crashing (but even then, since it isn't supported, it really isn't something to be too concerned about). Could you be more specific about what you are doing, what you expect to see happen, and what happens instead?
Opening 3.x scores with 2.x is not supported
