Interesting barline bug
I discovered an interesting non-urgent bug that puts the same barline between each note highlighted.
Directions:
Select a group of notes (ex. an entire measure)
Open Investigator (F8) if not open already
Make some type of group change (ex. I changed the noteheads from normal to slash but this also works with changing the stem direction, etc.)
Double-click any type of barline in the pallette (F9)

I don't know if it's already known, but maybe it would be better to attach the score and some information (e.g. operating system in use).
But I think you first have to press Esc. If all notes are selected a double click in the palette applies the item to each of them
Welcome.
Not a bug: if several notes are selected, a double click on some palette element applies that to every selected note
Indeed, not a bug. If you want to change a barline, don't select the full measure before double-clicking the barline icon, just click the barline first. You can also drag and drop to the measure.
BTW, looking at your picture, you probably shouldn't be using the Inspector to change the notehead unless you intend to keep the playback sound and want the slashes to transpose, etc. f the intent is to create ordinary slash notation, better to use Edit / Tools / Toggle Rhythmic Slash notation.
What seems more inappropriate is the incongruity with the placement of barlines.
For example. select one whole measure of notes and double-click the double barline. The result will be after that group: at the end of that measure. On the other hand, if one selects a note at the end of a measure and double-clicks a double barline, that double barline is placed before that note rather than after. This isn't to say it's a bug, yet it feels rather conspicuous until one gets used to the behavior.
