Tempo

I have succeeded I entering my arrangements into my program. I'm stumbling over things like:
- Programming the tempo
-Inserting a slur- it lets me do a tie, but if I try to slur from one note to another, the program inserts a slur mark over 2 whole measures.

Would you please message me somethig to help me fix these issues.

For tempo read https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tempo. If there is something that doesn't make sense then ask specific questions to get specific answers.

To enter a slur that covers several notes, select the first note, then ctrl+click or shift+click then end note and press S to enter the slur. I always use ctrl+click, because shift+click will result in multiple slurs (often on top of one another and difficult to see) if there are chords or multiple voices. Rather than pressing S you can double click the slur in the palette, Dragging something from the lines palette to the score always makes it cover measures, so I never recommend that you do that with slurs.

Tempo indications are added from the Tempo palette, slurs from the Lines palette (or use the shortcut "S"). Click the note over which you want the tempo marking to appear (first note of score, probably) or the range of notes you want the slur to appear, then double-click the marking on the palette.
