Not sure what you want a "plugin" to do, specifically. You can create music for banjo already without one - just select Banjo or Banjo (Tablature) from the instrument list. There is also Tenor Banjo and a variety of others.

But there is a little problem: it doesn't play correctly stacked notes. It's sound as piano-pedal notes. How do I make this banjo play rythmic chords?
