Different dynamics for two instruments on same staff?
I have a snare drum and bass drum on the same staff, and put the S.D. dynamics on double piano and it playbacks fine, and then i put the B.D. dynamic to mezo forte, and both the S.D. and B.D. become mezo forte. Any way to fix this?

Not yet. Probably in version 3.0.
Well, you can use the Inspector to change the velocity of notes, to make them louder or softer than the dynamic would indicate.
