General preferences regressions
On Musescore 3.0 (not in 2.3) there`s that scroll bar that appears in the prefsDialog, tab shortcuts, for no reasons if you click on one of the headers. (see attachment) The more you click, the biggerthe frame gets, so the scrollBar gets smaller and smaller. I think disabling the horizontal scroll bar would do the job to prevent this.
One other things. Could there be an option to look up by shortcut instead of just by action?
Other than that, besides the theme choice, in 2.3 theres this checkbox to enable transitions. Its not there in 3.0. Is there a reason or could it be cherry-picked?

Or is there a patch?
Oh, this is what patch means. I thought it meant the code needed a patch, not that it was already done.
However, the patch should be coming soon.
