Select range (click first, shift+click last note or measure), optionaly use the selection filter to deselect elements you don't want to copy (like e.g. chord symbols), copy (Ctrl+C), Edit/Voices/Swap voice 1 and 2, paste (Ctrl+V)

Just a clarification: Voices option is under Tools (MuseScore3) not under Edit. Tools/Voices/Exchange 1-2

It was back in mid 2018 though, MuseScore 2
