If you can't find the best, use copy and paste,
But there should be something in the text bar (icon at bottom left) when you enter the lyrics...

To display the Special Characters palette, beginning entering or editing some text, then press click the icon at bottom left of the text toolbar, or press F2. If the symbol you need isn't on the first pane "Common Symbols", then switch to "Unicode Symbols". The upside-down question mark is under "Latin-1 Supplement".

I have been in the special character box but can't find the upside down exclamation point. Very frustrating! I didn't see the upside down question mark under Latin 1 Supplement.

Finally found it. Completely overlooked it in the Latin 1 Supplement. Many thanks!
