Problem with stuck entry at the Import PDF screem

I am unable to convert PDF's to files as previously because the screen shows two "stuck" Queued Files that look like this:

FILENAME STATUS
signe.pdf Queued
signe.pdf Queued

The screen will blink occasionally as if it is trying to process these but they do not go away. This is blocking me from entering any new files to process. Using Windows 10. HELP!

Muse is a great program and getting better with each update!
