Win 10 / MS 2.2.1: 51b8386. Also affects MS 2.3.

The attached file was originally imported from a MusicXML file. Staccato markings have been applied afterwards but they are not affecting playback. However, if you export the file as a compressed MusicXML file and reimport it, playback of staccato is restored.

There are known issue with instruments coming from MusicXML import, see for instance #38966: [Import] Objects ignored on playback. This is probably a duplicate, but I'll leave it so others can investigate further.
