Used stacatto shortcut, now how to select only articulations and not notes

Obviously I could zoom in and do a ctrl-click until I select all the stacatto dots but if I have even a few measures of stacatto, that is going to be time consuming. If I have a whole sonata theme worth of stacatto, no way am I going to ctrl-click my way through all that staccato. So is there a way that I can select a note passage and then only make the articulations invisible and not the notes themselves?
