[Mac OS X] Panels don't rebuild interface in self build version

Mac OSX Mojave (10.14). It is not always reproducible with self build release version. I could reproduce it a couple of times with CI prepared builds, but not with the last one (https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore-nightlies/macosx/MuseScoreNightly-…).

  1. Open MuseScore
  2. Open Inspector, open Palettes
  3. Close Inspector and Palettes
    Result: grey place under the hidden panels is not available for the score. Panels are hidden, but the place is not released.
    Expected result: as usual, if you close panels, the space is released.

Note, the same behaviour was seen with another panels like Piano Panel.

After reverting to factory settings the issue cannot be reproduced.
If you close MuseScore after that and open again, the issue can be reproduced.
If you change default size of any panel, the issue is gone.
