Couldn't figure out if it's reported before.
Steps to reproduce:
- Define a letter for a shortcut for a plugin (for example "y" for the notenames plugin)
- activate the plugin
- insert lyrics, staff text or other text element
expected result: the letter "y" should be entered
actual result: the letter "y" won't be entered, instead of it starts the plugin

I don't know how to increase frequency, but I've commented on this before. I thought there was already a bug report, but I'm not finding it and I know it's been going on since 2.1.
