Copy pasting list of articulations is pasting articulations on rests

1. Enter two quarter notes with staccato in a measure
2. Enter a single note in another measure, a rest, and another note
3. select the two staccatos, copy
4. select the first single note, paste

Expected result: Only the first note has a staccato.
Actual result: the note and the rest have a staccato.

Currently, rests should accept only fermatas. We don't allow other articulations on rests. So it would make sense to disallow them with this feature too. A possible question is "should the second note after the rest inherits from the staccato or not?" I believe it's better to stop at the rest. Any other opinion?
