I play baritone ukulele, and want to write in tablature for it. However, while I can write for this instrument, I can't do it in tablature. Only the soprano/tenor ukulele have tablature. Can you add TAB for more instruments? At the least, just add baritone ukulele, but it would be a good feature to have TAB for more instruments.

Possible already, just add a linked staff, then change the type of that to be an Ukulele Tablature.
Well, the baritone is already supported since a while (In All Instruments) - image below. If you don't see it in the wizard, you have to update.
For adding TAB, consult the handbook, eg: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tablature#multiple-staves
