The brackets don't expand if an additional staff is added between

  1. Create new score with a piano or grand staff.
  2. Go to Edit -> Instruments, click on 'Staff 1' of the piano on the right, choose "Add Staff."

Expected result: Bracket wraps three staves. Actual result: Bracket wraps just two upper staves.
