Is it possible to copy/scan, etc. lead sheets or sheet music into muse score then change the key and print it out?

You can try https://musescore.com/inport, but don't get your hopes too high.
But once entered into MuseScore transposing is quite easy (and printing even more so)

As mentioned, you can certainly attempt to import from the PDF, but realistically, you'll get better results much faster just typing the ntoes directly into MuseScore. Typical lead sheet would take 10 minutes once you learn the program. And then, indeed, transposing / changing key takes only seconds, as do any other changes you might want to make, and then you can print it however you like.
