Maybe once MS3 will be in release version this wouldn't be a problem but on while beta, cos the app instability, we should at least "save as v2", otherwise it would be very complicated to test MS3 on real life environment.

I am pretty sure that is completely out of the question, the code needed to do that is long gone and would be impossible to maintain anyhow given all the new features and the changes in layout. But I can certainly leave the suggestion.
It won't happen. Just use MusicXML if you want to ho down-rev.
