Staff Properties "Apply" crashes program

Right clicking on a staff, selecting the staff properties sub menu, changing a little bit of the staff (such as checking the "small staff" box) and applying any of the changes results in the program closing down without saving any progress after you click "apply," unless its a check box. Tested it a couple times, keeps closing down consistently.
