chord symbols: missing default positioning in Style:chord symbols

For chord symbols the default positioning in Style:chord symbols is missing.
The positioning can only be done automatically, or individual for each chord. This is ok for many cases, but not for all - and would be more consistent to allow positioning similar to most other style elements.

I found the correct place for setting the postion meanwhile - can be closed!
