After having created a score, saved and closed that score (not Musescore itself) creating a new score by Ctrl + N the New Sore Wizard pops up. The Composer and Lyricist fields are still populated with the stuff from the previous score.

This is just a minor annoyance and is easily fixed by deleting the offending field contents.

Thanks Jojo,

I think I understand: The majority of Musescore users probably use it for their own work as opposed to me who copies works from others to make them more chorister friendly as opposed to printer friendly.

And even when transcribing there's a certain probabilty that the 2nd piece is from the same composer as the 1st.

I'm in the same boat as you on that BTW, transcribing notes for my fellow choristers.
