Having the ability to notate Roman Numeral Analysis with chord inversions as well as chord qualities would be an amazing feature to be added to Musescore 3.0! There are ways to piece it together now with the current version, but it is a real hassle and requires creating different kinds of texts, adjusting font sizes, and then dragging them around to resemble the correct symbol.

Comments

Instead of doing all that, much better to simply use a font that has the necessary characters built in. There are a few out, but no standardization exists for this yet. We're hoping at some point this becomes part of the SMuFL standard and then we can use standard fonts for this. Meanwhile, I encourage you to search around to find ones yourself.

MuseScore 3.3 has Roman numeral analysis built-in (Add / Text / Roman Numeral Analysis), and it includes the Campania font that is designed for this purpose. You can download a nightly build or the release candidate (see the Development forum) to test this today, or wait a few days for the official release of 3.3.
