I've created a sheet for piano and flute but when I press the button play, there's no sound. I've checked with other apps in case it was a problem with the computer but it works. Even if I try exporting the project as a .mp3 it doesn't work. I hope someone can help me with this issue.

First thing to try is Help / Revert to Factory Settings. If that doens't fix it, then tell us what OS you are on, what settings you see in Edit / Prefererences / I/O, and what soundfonts you see loaded in View / Synthesizer. Also attach your score.
