That file is plain and simply broken beyond recognition. It name inplies it to be a plain (MuseScore) text file, but it contains all kinds of binary junk, and it isn't an mscz file in disguise either
Ah I see now, it actually is an mp3 file. Renamed and zipped (as mp3 isn't allowed to attach here) in the attachment
