Allow periods in custom time signatures

From the beta feedback form:

"I'm in love with this program, but there is one thing that, though it may be niche, would be extremely useful. Right now, when I'm trying to notate a song that starts in 4.5/4 time. I'm doing this by putting 9/8 into the value section and 4.5/4 into the text section inside the time signature master palette. The issue is that the period character doesn't seem to be allowed in this field. Instead, what ends up being displayed is 45/4, which can obviously be detrimental to the reader. I would love support for periods because it really helps distinguish between very specific changes in the music and how it's supposed to be felt. Thanks!
