Having a problem with a playback note. I have two consecutive bars in the bass clef. The last note of bar 1 is the same as the first note of bar 2 (F#), yet the latter note is being played back incorrectly (as a B). The following notes are playing correctly. See the attached screenshot.

the F# (as per key sig) and the E is correct, the B is not, but it looks like it got manually offset. To tell for sure we'd need to see the score
If I move the second F# down to a C, it plays back as an F# !!
As said, no score, no deeper analysis...
Have a look to the B in the INSPECTOR, look for his OFFSET

Tuning offset in Inspector says 0.00
position offset, for element or chord, not tuning.
Can hapen when you accidentially do a doubl-click rather than a single one, in order to then change picth, which doesn't but changes the offset instead
Just share the score and we can tell you

As said, simply share your score, and we tell you.
If personal or copyright reasons, attach a selection/excerpt of your score, via menu "File" -> Save selection.
Aargh, that note had a vertical offset of 1.30 (I think, as I changed it to zero and it now plays an F#). Don't understand how on earth that offset got applied as it wasn't done deliberately. Maybe I accidentally hit a shortcode in error. As this is my first score, it's still a steep learning curve. Thanks for the answers.
see above, most probably an accidetial double-click
