Differences in Score and the Parts
Im transposing Quartet msuic for SATB Quartet for AATB Quartet. I transposed the notes and changed the instruments in the score and went through and edited any notes that were too high and fixed all the issues in all the music but when I finally went to print it out the Parts still has the Instrument labeled as Soprano and all the notes are all messed up like not what the score looks like or the original part looked like. The Part has the right key signature for an Eb alto but the notes are all over the place, many are too low. What can I do to mirror the score to the parts tab?

Are you perhaps talking about saxophones? And when you talk about transposing, are you talking about the playback transposition associated with the Concert Pitch facility, as per Staff Properties? If so, then my guess is you tried changing the playback transposition after generating parts, which is known to have bugs. Specifically, you then need to reproduce the same change in the parts. And do this before entering additional notes.
And indeed, attaching your score would enable us to understand and assist better.
