Drum note entry via mouse broken (0.9.6 regression)

  1. Create new score for Drumset 5 lines
  2. Press "N" to begin note entry
  3. Select quarter note
  4. Click on bass drum in drum palette

Expected behavior: Bass drum note in palette should highlight to indicate that you have selected it

Actual behavior: Bass drum note in palette does not highlight and if you click the staff nothing happens

(Tested using r.2098 Windows nightly. Bug not present in 0.9.5)
