The first ottava is aligned at x=17.17sp, y=-11.00sp. Pressing "Reset to style default", oddly enough, fixes the problem, moving it to x=0.00sp, y=-3.00sp. The score was created in MuseScore 2.3.2.

Please attach your actual score so we can investigate. As mentioned in #280026: [MuseScore 3.0.0b2] Dynamics and lyrics from different voices are placed over each other by the automatic layout, it's possible this is already fixed.
Same files as the other issue.
This works fine if you choose yes to the option to reset. It's known that manual adjustments made in 2.x won't necessarily apply correctly any more if you attempt to preserve them since the algorithms have changed so much - that's why the reset option is offered. But we do try to do what we can to convert old-style offsets to new, and clearly we are way off in this case. Lines in general are harder than other elements because their layout depends on the whole page layout, not just the element itself.
For what it's worth, that particular problem is fine now.
