Using Ubuntu 18.04, PulseAudio.
Open the attached score, play it from the beginning. Result: lots of popping noises. I can't get rid of these, not even by restarting pulseaudio.
Very occasionally it'll be fine, but most of the time it isn't.

FWIW, it plays fine for me on Windows 10. Somehow I doubt it's OS-dependent, more likely a resource issue of some kind on your system?
