Ctrl + t text moving

Hi

I select a note and press Ctrl + T and write some text. In this case "flute" on the second page of the score. That goes ok.

When i try to move the text to a better place in notation it jumps back up depending on where I try to put it

In earlier versions Ctrl + T created a text box below the staff and Ctrl + Shift + T above the staff
In this version both create the text box above the staff
