I assigned the custom shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T to the action Add title text some time ago. But since my last update it did not work anymore.

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0., revision: 3543170

Now I added a second shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+I which is working as expected.

That shortcut works for me if I assign it. How long ago did you add it? Does the problem go away if you do Help / Revert to Factory Settings and reassign it? Or even just clear it then reassign it?
