OS: Windows , Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 2.3.2, revision: 4592407
Use the "Load palette" command to load the attached 2.x palette.
Expected result: A full range of 20 different guitar barré lines should be visible
Actual result: Only a dotted line shows up.

Surely users won't be expected to create all their custom palettes again from scratch?

It's possible you might be able to fix this by updating the version field in your palette files. It's also possible we could add some compatibility code to help.
But in general, I wouldn't expect customizations like that to necessarily be preserved across major version changes (eg, the kind that come only every few years, like this one).
