hello, i started using MuseScore 3.0, opened many files at once created with 2.x, and i have just seen multiple popups asking whether i would like to reposition the elements. the popups were somehow in the opposite order, so that i needed to bring these popups into focus one by one. i suggest that instead of the popups, a notification area under the score tab could be used (or elsewhere you see fit), that fits into the main window. i think using less popups in general would improve the usability.

I would suggest that the program open one score at a time and ask for each score so the user know which score is being asked about. MuseScore really needs to ask that question for each score, because there may be some reason the answer might be different on one of them. The question also alerts the user that the score was created in an earlier version.
