Error in installation

I can't open the musescore.exe... i installed it by cmd msiexec /i location and the installation begin but after the installation and i opened it show me error... idk what to do sir... i love music and musescore thank u

Search the net for "0xc000007b" (and it is MuseScore3.exe, not musescore.exe)

My quick search suggests that it is a problem with the Microsoft .NET Framework
