Lost informations between v2 and V3 (mesure duration and tie)
I opened an MS V2.3.2.2. file with the V3.0 to improve the presentation by using the anti-collision functions (cf V3 file attached; see T-BONE_CONCERTO_I_Rare.mscz part T-BONE CONCERTO - I - Rare (V2.0)).
With V2, bar 244 has a 3/8 indication and the note of measure 243 is tied with that of measure 243.
With the V3, the 3/8 and the tie have disappeared. It is then impossible to insert the 3/8 at bar 244 and extend the link of the note of the 243.
I think this problem is of the same order as those already mentioned regarding ties copy

The file you attached was saved using version 3. It's impossible to open it in version 2 and see what the original looked like.
Your linked issue #280917: Ties fail to be copied-pasted in a score with parts isn't about opening a version 2 score in version 3 but rather using copy and paste in a part. I don't remember seeing what you describe, but seeing it myself might jog my memory.
As you attached the 3.0 score it can't get checked how it is supposed to look

Excuse me. I thought it would be more useful to see the result of V3. Here is the same one from V2.3.2 T-BONE_CONCERTO I Rare (V2-0).mscz

Now we can compare the versions and understand what you were saying.
Or we may not be able to see what you are saying. The version 3 score you uploaded had the problems you described. When I opened the version 2 score in version 3 the problem was not there. I used the same version of MuseScore 3 you saved the problem file in.
I do see the the double 3/8 in continuous view that is a known bug, but everything works fine and the tie is there. In page view, the 3/8's appear as expected which happens with the known bug.
