How do you add tremolo onto more than single note/chords?
Just how. I tried looking at other forums and the Help site but nothing works.

See steps in images (in "b, rehearsal mark", select the dotted quarter note B, and double-click on the symbol in the palette)
Edit: in "a", should be a B (not an E!)

It still doesn't work. It always ends up with only a chord/note having the tremolo.

For help, generally, attach the score (and not an image) is really better - necessary - for check what is happening.

Notice that there is no stem going through the tremolo applied in the picture. There are two of almost all of the tremolos (except the buzz roll). The one with a stem that looks like | going through it is for only one note and is the one you are adding if you are seeing the tremolo being applied to a single note. You have to have two notes of the same duration, dotted quarter notes in your example) and add the tremolo without a line to the first one only.

Please attach your actual score and give precise steps to reproduce the problem. My guess is that either you failed to enter two dotted quarters or else you are not clicking the correct tremolo symbol - has to be the one without the stem going through it.
