OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.1.5053, revision: 56c6d86
Open the attached score and attach staff text to the first note. Right-click on the Staff text and chose Staff Text Properties > Capo Settings. Set the capo to 5.
Expected result: Playback of both staves should be affected.
Actual result: Only the pitched staff is affected.
The capo needs to apply to all staves in the Grand staff, whether linked or unlinked.

I would not expect that - I'd expect to add separate texts, maybe making one invisible, just as I would if I were adding pizzicato or mute indications to a trumpet instrument with multiple staves. It's "staff" text, not "part" text, after all.
Still, it could be a reasonable enhancement request to change this or provide a checkbox to control it, much like we do for the range of dynamics.
