When I load your score, it seems the rests are already enabled, and there are no extra key signatures that I can see. Can you verify that you uploaded the right score, and that your steps are correct? Also make sure you are using the released version, not a beta or other earlier release, which did indeed have bugs in this area.
See PDF output. This is the correct score. I am using the release version, and the steps are as above.
Do you still see this if you close the score then re-open it? I notice also your initial rest is much wider than mine, that was a bug already fixed in the current update, and it fixes itself on reload.
Anyhow, when I open the score, my rests are narrower, and the is no extra keysig in measure 29.
